manage the operations of their three premier hotel properties. AHC currently
manages and operates the 682 room crown jewel of downtown Grand Rapids, the
Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, the luxurious 337 room JW Marriott-Grand Rapids hotel
that opened September 21st, 2007, and the 214 room Courtyard by Marriott. AHC
