Company Registration

Before registering for the MIHEA Career and Internship Fair, please read the following rules and regulations:

  1. Only one company may occupy a single exhibit booth. Parent companies displaying jointly with divisions must reserve at least as many booths as there are number of companies/ divisions in the joint display. All displays must be contained within the booth space. All display booths areas are 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide. Displays may not exceed the space limitations without written approval from the executive director prior to the career fair date.
  2. All company displays have to be set up by 8:45 a.m. and remain open until 11:15 a.m. on the date of the conference unless otherwise directed by the MIHEA Career Fair Director. Any Company that violates set up time and duration will jeopardize future MIHEA Career Fair involvement.
  3. Exhibits that include the operation of AV equipment must be conducted or arranged so that the noise resulting from their use will not disturb adjacent booths.
  4. As a courtesy to all exhibitors, hospitality suites/rooms shall not be open, and private parties shall not be permitted, during scheduled hours of the career fair MIHEA functions. Companies scheduling private functions in conflict with official MIHEA events will jeopardize participation in future MIHEA career fairs. Any additional company sponsored events need to be authorized by the MIHEA Executive Director.
  5. Any and all outstanding debts with MIHEA must be paid prior to any company partners occupying an exhibit space.
  6. Any increases in the number of personnel not listed on this form as company representatives at the time of the event will need to be paid prior to interviewing students.
  7. Exhibitor represents and warrants that it is in full compliance with federal, state, and local equal opportunity employment laws, rules, regulations and ordinances applicable to its operations.
  8. We agree to rent the above indicated exhibit booth(s) subject to the Michigan Hospitality Education Alliance exhibit regulations set forth in this contract.
