Corporate Sponsorship

There are a number of opportunities available for corporate sponsorships though direct payments and/or trade outs. Corporation sponsors recieve special recognition at the career fair and their logos are featured prominently on our Web site. Our unique efforts to connect hospitality students to employers continues to evolve. Through the support of our sponsors we have meet many of our goals and objectives faster than we would have been able to without their help.

In 75 words or less, write a brief description of your company. This will be included on the MIHEA website for students to read. You may email a separate document if needed.

I hereby represent that I am legally authorized to submit this registration as an agent of my company. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained herein. I understand that by signing this registration form my company is obligated to pay for the opportunity to participate in this event.

Payment & Deadline Information

The deadline for registration is:

October 22, 2007

All payments must be received by this date to avoid having your unpaid booth reassigned to stand-by companies.

Checks and money orders are the preferred form of payment.

All registrations must be received prior to deadline. Although companies on the stand-by list will be accommodated after the deadline, no new registrations will be accepted after this date.

Confirmations

Employers will be sent notification within two business days confirming receipt of registration materials. The confirmation packet will include directions, shipping instructions, booth regulations and other needed information. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, please email us or call (231) 591 2385.

Cancellations & Refunds

Should your company need to cancel participation in the Career Fair, a written cancellation must be sent to:

Written cancellations received by October 22, 2007 will be refunded in total, less a $50.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after October 22, 2007.
