About The Event

Company Registration Form

By completing and submitting this form, you hereby represent that you are legally authorized to submit this registration as an agent of you company. You have read and agree to the rules and regulations on the previous page. You understand that by signing this registration form, your company is obligated to pay for the opportunity to participate in this event, whether or not the company actually attends.

Description of Membership Types

Career Fair Basic Registration: $350 (After Tuesday, October 9th, 2018; $450)

Includes:

One year membership in MIHEA

One year company listing and hyperlink on the MIHEA home page

One marketplace 8x10 exhibit booth with 6' table and two chairs

One interview station - same booth as exhibit space

One ticket for continental breakfast

One ticket for box lunch

Career Fair Corporate Sponsor $1,000 (After Tuesday, October 9th, 2018; $1,150)

Includes:

One year membership in MIHEA

One year Corporate Sponsor name, logo and hyperlink listed with priority placement and size on the MIHEA home page

Prominent signage at Registration

Two marketplace 8x10 exhibit booths with 6' table and two chairs each

Priority Booth Location

Two interview station - same booths as exhibit space

Four tickets for continental breakfast

Four tickets for box lunch

Non-Participating Alliance Partner $200

If you are unable to participate but would like to become an alliance partner and have your company listed and hyperlinked on the MIHEA home page, you may buy this annual membership.

Payment & Deadline Information

The deadline for registration is: Tuesday, October 23, 2018

All payments must be received by this date to avoid having your unpaid booth reassigned to stand-by companies.

Checks and money orders are the preferred form of payment.

All registrations must be received prior to deadline. Although companies on the stand-by list will be accommodated after the deadline, no new registrations will be accepted after this date.

Confirmations

Employers will be sent notification within two business days confirming receipt of registration materials. The confirmation packet will include directions, shipping instructions, booth regulations and other needed information. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, please email us karynkiio@ferris.edu or call (231)591-2385.

Cancellations & Refunds

Should your company need to cancel participation in the Career Fair, a written cancellation must be sent to:

Written cancellations received by Tuesday, October 23, 2018 will be refunded in total, less a $50.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
